Here at Premier Workplace Solutions (PWS), we ship our products all over New Zealand. All of our Convex Mirrors have free shipping throughout New Zealand.
As we are located in the Bay of Islands, we send all our products out with PBT Couriers and NZ Couriers. We will attempt to send your goods via the selected shipping method the day following the date of order. However if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer, although we will let you know in advance.
North Island Deliveries:
In the majority of cases, you would receive the mirror the working day following the dispatch date. With some Rural Deliveries, it can take one to two days extra.
South Island Deliveries:
We use PBT Couriers for the South Island which is a 2 day inter-island service. If you do require the mirror the following working day, please contact us as we can use NZ Couriers overnight South Island service, but this would incur a charge.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
Returns within 30 days:
Refunds (for the purchase price of goods, excluding freight and return shipping) will be automatically granted for orders that arrive damaged, are defective or are not fit for purpose if advised within 30 days. The products must be returned for verification purposes at which time the refund will be processed. If you wish to return an order as you have changed your mind, goods must be returned in original condition. Premier Workplace Solutions reserves the right to charge a freight fee and restocking fee at our discretion. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07 846 3089. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to Premier Workplace Solutions is to be borne by you unless otherwise stated.
Returns outside 30 days:
Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the New Zealand Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Premier Workplace Solutions reserves the right to charge a freight fee and restocking fee at our discretion. For any product return outside of 30 days, please email email@example.com or call 07 846 3089 for further advice. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to Premier Workplace Solutions is to be borne by you unless otherwise stated.
The above policy excludes all custom made goods, and any goods that have been installed.
If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.
